Chelsea have agreed to Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall's transfer to Everton in a deal worth around £28 million. Everton will pay £24 million upfront, with another £3�? million in possible add-ons.

At the Premier League Summer Series, Everton manager David Moyes said, ‘I think there'll be deals next week. I think we're getting much closer, but I felt that four or five weeks ago as well. Obviously, we're getting near the tickly bits and we've got to get some things done.�?/p>

Chelsea, which just signed Dutch defender Jorrel Hato from Ajax, is now focused on selling more players. French midfielder Lesley Ugochukwu, 21, is set to join Burnley, who are also in talks to sign striker Armando Broja.
